We negotiate leases and rent reviews for owners and occupiers, including re-gearing, lease compliance and consents. Lease negotiations may involve representations to Court, Tribunal, Arbitrators and Independent surveyors as Expert Witness.
With our long term perception on innovative asset management, we balance the objectives in a landlord and tenant relationship while maintaining optimum capital value and return.
Our Chartered Building Surveyors work closely with our Asset Management team in the development, maintenance and repair of our portfolio. They undertake inspections and reports, Party Wall awards, Schedules of Dilapidations / Condition, construction projects, project monitoring and disputes resolution.

Day and Bell has Chartered Surveyors who are Registered Valuers. They offer appraisal and valuation advice for taxation, dispute resolution, accounting, Charities Act, Trust, Pension Fund and loan security purposes. This includes capital and rental valuations across all asset classes and property types. We also advise on residential lease extensions, Right to Manage and enfranchisement.
