Meet the Directors

Day and Bell is made up of a dedicated team of Chartered Surveyors, consultants and property experts.

The company was formed in 2007 from the foundations of two well-established firms, and much of the team has worked together for many years.

Our combined experience in the profession means we have an unsurpassed level of expertise, and we are trusted by a number of long-term and returning clients.

We see every instruction as the beginning of a lifelong partnership with our clients, and treat every project with the care and attention that we would one of our own.

Omur PayneOMUR PAYNE

Director

BSc (Hons) MRICS

Omur’s specialist field is commercial property. She has many years professional experience in the commercial property market as an asset manager including lettings, sales, investment, agency, rent reviews, lease renewals, service charge management, litigation and has an in-depth knowledge of property law.

Omur has a BSc (Hons) degree in Estate Management from Reading University and is a member of RICS approved Legal Experience Training Advanced Professional Award in Expert Witness Evidence.

TIM BELL

Director

BSc MRICS

Tim entered the surveying profession through a degree in Wales and training with the Property Services Agency in Manchester, London and Liverpool.

His depth of experience with West End office rent reviews allowed a smooth transition to RICS qualification and following a period with Edward Erdman Tim joined Black Horse Surveying Services in Whetstone.

Tim, Omur and many current colleagues of DAY AND BELL moved onwards through different company ownership but the loyal clients stayed with these incarnations and remain with DAY AND BELL today.

DAVIN LEE

Associate Director

BSc MRICS

Davin is the consultant for the property management accounts department. He relishes bank reconciliation and complex accounting problems, comfortably getting to grips with opening balances on new service charge instructions.

Davin’s expert knowledge of Qube software has ensured seamless accounting support for our clients’ property portfolios. Davin has worked in the property industry for the past 17 years, initially in the Chesterton accounting department.

His next job was to implement ECS (Qube) and with that experience went on to become the Database Manager at Workspace Group, leading on to becoming a consultant for Qube before joining Day and Bell.
