We collect and administer service charges, supervise repairs and maintenance, as well as major building works. We have a dedicated team who administer residential lettings including regulated tenancies and Assured Shorthold Tenancies. Our philosophy has always been able to provide ‘one stop shop’ for all property services/needs for our clients, enhancing our partnership in trust for the long term.

We also continue to generate and look for residential development sites for our clients, and so far we achieved amazing results through on and off-market deals, through our name in the market.

We believe in creating our own stories, and we do not dwell in those ‘doom and gloom’ statements. Any challenge helps us to use and polish our skills.
