When we first visited the offices at City Cloisters, Old Street, we were overwhelmed by the outstanding quality and ambience of the property.

The site was originally St Luke’s Parochial School, with a wheel factory to the rear. Our client has renovated the property and constructed additional offices within the scheme. Retaining the character and heritage, the property now provides high quality offices in the burgeoning Tech City area. Future occupiers will have an excellent working environment and an oasis of calm in the Cloisters area with its fountain, the UK’s tallest green wall (with 4,960 pots) and landscaped seating areas. The development will also have conference facilities, a vegan restaurant and café sharing the courtyard.
