Day and Bell continue to be active in sales and acquisitions throughout all property sectors.

Our latest sale is a Freehold property comprising a ground floor shop and self-contained three-bedroom maisonette in the affluent North London suburb of Crouch End. Day and Bell have managed the property for a private investor since 2007.

The ground floor shop has traded as patisserie and a café for many years.

Day and Bell were joint Auctioneers with Savills Commercial at the May sale. The hammer fell at £970,000 on 14th May 2025, representing a gross investment yield of 5.05% on the current rental of £49,000pa. Our agency team enjoyed watching the auction with our client on the day.
