Day and Bell are Managing Agents of a large portfolio of flats and houses. Our clients include Ground Rent Investors, freehold and leasehold residential management companies (RMCs) and investors with mixed use buildings.

Many of our residential management instructions are located in London and Hertfordshire, although we have provided a national service, included instructions in Coventry, Devon and Essex.

Our service meets the requirements of the respective clients and leaseholders. This includes management of service charges funds in full compliance with RICS Residential Service Charge Code.

We also supervise building projects, provide Housing Act Consultation, negotiate lease extensions and arrange insurance. Our team of experienced Surveyors, Property Managers and Accounts Team tailor our work to meet all the stakeholders’ expectations.

Fairlawns, Watford, Hertfordshire We manage 50 flats and maisonettes for a private investment client. As the development is more than 40 years old, our Leasehold Reform Surveyors have been very active with Lease Extension valuations and negotiations. Wigston Close, Edmonton N18 We manage the service charge on 113 flats on behalf of the Leasehold Residential Management Company. Our client’s units form part of a much larger development undertaken by Fairview. We have six 3 & 4 storey blocks of flats with parking, gardens and communal areas.	Fitzroy Court, Highgate Day and Bell manage the common areas of these luxury apartments on behalf of the residents’ management company. Our team’s long term stewardship has involved major renovation works and recurrent redecoration projects.
