As asset managers for a range of industrial buildings, estates and business parks, we co-ordinate the interests of Landlords and Tenants on many levels. We like to match our tenants by innovation and industrious hard work.

Prideaux Close provides a thriving estate of 28 business units in the Trevelyan Industrial Estate at Saltash. The Business Space sector remains active, with an exponential rise in demand in recent times. This growth is generally focussed on logistics or services, yet we still see some encouraging growth of manufacturing, with the commensurate job creation.

Our Surveyors enjoy the day-to-day operations of Business Space Management and relish the chances to deliver asset management initiatives. The buoyant sector has kept our lease advisory and agency teams busy, securing asset value and seeking opportunities for growth.

We regularly find we have common objectives with tenants, where one business needs to expand and others choose to relocate. This sometimes creates a changing jigsaw of aspirations that pays dividends for all parties when strong Landlord and Tenant relationships are maintained. We like to pick up the pieces and complete the picture. Flexible lease terms and competitive rentals have maintained high occupancy levels at Prideux Close. There are numerous long term tenants and a waiting list for new businesses.
