Priors Green is a new development of high quality housing, comprising approximately 800 homes together with a community centre, school and children’s day nursery.

Day and Bell had negotiated the purchase of an 8,000 sq ft neighbourhood retail centre development site in Takeley on behalf of retained clients. Following construction Priors Green Centre became the heart of the new development. The centre is anchored by One Stop Stores Ltd, with the remaining smaller units occupied by Barnardos, a beauty salon and a hairdressers.

Day and Bell managed the centre and the acted jointly on the marketing of the retail investment; seeing the project through from inception to successful completion of the sale.
