Day and Bell acquired another neighbourhood centre with forward funding agreement and continues to manage the property.

Cranbrook is an urban expansion offering a brand new community to home owners. The centre comprises 6 retail units fully let, anchored by a Coop unit with good lease terms. The centre is supported by a range of high quality community facilities including a primary school, doctors surgery, library and country park.

Our team was involved with the acquisition, development period and lettings. Day and Bell now manages the centre, including the mixed residential and commercial service charge, rent administration, with continuing lease advisory and asset management advice.
